Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments. We use it to respond to your request, provide support, maintain business records, and protect our services.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure this website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and requested pages. This website does not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website and communications, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Road Trip Arcade product notice

Road Trip Arcade does not require an account. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device, including miles, unlocked locations and vehicles, scores, collected songs and plates, game progress, audio settings, notification preferences, and privacy choices. We do not currently operate a Road Trip Arcade account system or cloud-save service.

You can remove locally stored game data by using the in-game reset option, clearing the app’s data, or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling or clearing app data may permanently erase your progress.

Road Trip Arcade analytics

If anonymous play data is enabled, Road Trip Arcade uses PostHog to understand which games are played, where players encounter errors, and how far players progress. Events may include game starts and completions, unlocks, aggregate progress counts, platform type, and limited technical error details. PostHog may also process a randomly generated device identifier, IP address, browser or device information, and approximate location derived from network information.

Road Trip Arcade sends PostHog only intentional gameplay events, aggregate progress, platform type, a randomly generated identifier, and limited technical error details. Raw game saves are not uploaded. Automatic click tracking and session replay are disabled. You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Data. The game also honors supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals unless you explicitly enable analytics.

Optional rewarded advertising

Road Trip Arcade uses Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded advertisements. You choose whether to watch these ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising or device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising.

Where required, the game asks for consent or provides an opt-out before eligible advertising data is used. You can revisit available choices in Settings > Privacy & Data > Ad privacy choices. Google explains its advertising data practices in How Google uses information for advertising.

Road Trip Arcade notifications

If you enable gas refill notifications, the app asks the operating system for notification permission and schedules a local notification on your device. You can disable these notifications in the game or in your device settings.

Advertising choices

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, Road Trip Arcade’s Ad privacy choices control provides the relevant opt-out.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and support needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, or to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Road Trip Arcade also lets you disable analytics, review available advertising privacy choices, disable notifications, and reset game progress. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs.

Children’s privacy

The company website and Road Trip Arcade are general-audience services and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and business evolve. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
