This policy applies to tkoventuresgroup.com and includes a product-specific notice for Road Trip Arcade.

Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments. We use it to respond to your request, provide support, maintain business records, and protect our services.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure this website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request timestamps, and requested pages. This website does not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website and communications, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Road Trip Arcade product notice

Road Trip Arcade does not require an account. Game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device, including miles, unlocked locations and vehicles, scores, collected songs and plates, game progress, audio settings, notification preferences, and privacy choices. We do not currently operate a Road Trip Arcade account system or cloud-save service.

You can remove locally stored game data by using the in-game reset option, clearing the app’s data, or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling or clearing app data may permanently erase your progress.

Road Trip Arcade analytics

Analytics is off by default. Only if you turn on Share play data, Road Trip Arcade uses PostHog to understand which games are played, where players encounter errors, and how far players progress. Events may include game starts and completions, unlocks, aggregate progress counts, purchase and restoration events, platform type, and limited technical error details. Purchase events may include product identifiers, prices, and currency. PostHog may also process a randomly generated device identifier, IP address, browser or device information, and approximate location derived from network information.

Road Trip Arcade sends PostHog only intentional gameplay and purchase events, aggregate progress, platform type, a randomly generated identifier, and limited technical error details. Raw game saves are not uploaded. Automatic click tracking and session replay are disabled. PostHog is not loaded before you opt in. Your choice applies across the hub and embedded games. You can turn analytics off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Data. Without an explicit opt-in, analytics stays off, including when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.

Optional rewarded advertising

Road Trip Arcade uses Google AdMob to offer optional rewarded advertisements. You choose whether to watch these ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as advertising or device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostics to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising.

On iOS, every ad request uses Google’s limited-ads mode. We do not request Apple’s tracking permission or enable cross-app advertising tracking. Limited ads disable personalization and advertising features that rely on local identifiers, including identifier-based conversion tracking. Google’s publisher first-party ID and publisher personalization are also disabled.

Ads load only when you choose to watch a commercial. Opening ad privacy information does not load an ad. Google and eligible advertising partners still process data needed to deliver ads and prevent fraud, including IP address, device information, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Programmatic limited ads may use cookies or local storage solely to detect invalid traffic and fraud. Limited ads do not mean no data processing. You can read more through Settings > Privacy & Data > Ad privacy information or the information link at the Gas Station. Choosing not to watch ads does not affect gameplay or your separate, optional PostHog analytics setting.

Android uses non-personalized ad requests and Google’s regional privacy choices where required. Available Android choices can be revisited in Settings > Ad privacy choices. Google and the eligible partners listed in Google’s advertising partner directory may participate in ad delivery. The directory identifies providers and links to their privacy information. Road Trip Arcade purchases

Purchases are processed by the app store on your device. The game reads purchase results and entitlements to provide purchased features and restore them. We do not receive your payment card details. If you enable Share play data, the purchase and restoration events described above are sent to PostHog.

Road Trip Arcade notifications

If you enable gas refill notifications, the app asks the operating system for notification permission and schedules a local notification on your device. You can disable these notifications in the game or in your device settings.

Advertising choices

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. On Android, Settings > Ad privacy choices provides the regional privacy options made available by Google. On iOS, ads use limited, non-personalized delivery and are not used for cross-app advertising tracking.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting, security, and support needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about personal information you have provided, or to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction where applicable. Road Trip Arcade also lets you disable analytics, choose not to watch rewarded ads, review ad privacy information on iOS or available ad privacy choices on Android, disable notifications, and reset game progress. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business needs.

Children’s privacy

The company website is a general-audience service. Road Trip Arcade is intended for a general audience of teens and adults. Neither service is directed to children under 13. A store content age rating describes content suitability and does not change the game’s intended audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website and business evolve. The effective date above will reflect the latest revision.
