What to include
Tell us which product you are using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. If relevant, include your device, browser, and a screenshot. Please do not email passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials.
Response time
We are a small, founder-led company. We review support messages during normal business days and aim to respond as soon as practical.
